It was a beautiful day and the village was almost deserted so we enjoyed meandering it.

There was not a single other person on the track so we took our time wandering to each waterfall, as there were three.

The cascades
The next morning we headed up to Gimel les Cascades which was a quiet little village with three excellent waterfalls that proved well worth the drive (even if we did have to pay to see them!)
Still photos don't really capture the fast flowing beautiful water or the roaring of the falls, but hopefully gives some idea of their prettiness.
